Plan the rental term and total scope
A one-day event, a weekly market and an uncertain kitchen repair require different rental periods. Give the delivery date, expected loading date, operating schedule and the date stock can be removed. A restaurant should explain whether the permanent repair has a firm completion date or a parts-dependent estimate. A market vendor should clarify whether the cold unit is needed between weekly sessions and whether the property allows it to remain there. For longer freezer leasing, plan inspection, service access and a written extension or off-hire process. Collection is a separate operation with its own vehicle access, not an automatic result of the operator’s last trading day.
A useful Bisbee proposal names the actual unit, rental period, equipment charge, delivery, collection, setup, access equipment, electrical responsibilities, taxes and exclusions. The website’s $1,495 reference covers a specific refrigeration-trailer tier for a whole 1–6 day rental; it is not a daily or weekly rate for every model. Trailer-length delivery starts are only starting figures, and the actual property approach matters. Compare the quote with the stock list, loading method and permitted placement. If the event changes or repairs run long, notify the rental team and resolve the term before assuming continued availability. Keep the agreement with the person monitoring the unit across shifts.
