Price the full Buckeye project, not a headline rate
Provide delivery, first-loading, operating and collection dates for a planned event. For a repair, give the best estimate and ask how an extension, early finish or different model is handled. A longer refrigerated-container lease may be appropriate for a renovation phase, but the placement and servicing plan must support the longer occupancy. Ask for a written proposal naming the model, rental period and actual equipment charge. It should also identify delivery, collection, setup, access accessories, utility work, taxes, service arrangements and exclusions. The website’s $1,495 amount is a whole 1–6 day reference for one refrigeration-trailer tier, not a per-day rate or a blanket Buckeye price. The length-based delivery figures are starting charges, not a guaranteed total for an airport or remote parcel.
Review the proposal against a one-page site brief: what product, what temperature, how much space, which authorized pad, which gate, which power source and which named contacts. If the proposed unit differs from the model discussed, recheck usable dimensions and electrical details. A small cooler might be easier to operate at an approved vendor area than a container with an unsuitable loading height, but no format can be selected from citywide assumptions. Confirm the schedule that allows commissioning before stock transfer and collection after stock removal. A clear brief reduces late changes and makes the final quote more meaningful.
